Gibraltar Wall

Escaped the cold front to climb in -5C conditions on great ice.
Wx: The temp stayed steady at around -5C. Wind was calm with snowfall at 2cm/hr, very low density.
We were 2x parties of 2 & found dry lines for both teams. There would appear to be numerous options for lines to climb. The anchor at the top of P1 (RH side, 'approach ice') is a reach right now & could do with some maintenance, both bolts could be tightened & the tat replaced. Otherwise, very straight forward WI4 climbing.
Of note Ravensbrook FSR & Kootenay FSR were plowed, allowing direct access from Settlers Rd. (There is no need to drive to Canal Flats if you are traveling south along H-way 93). I do not know if this road maintenance will continue through the winter. (User beware)
Gibraltar Wall is south facing, on sunny days with lots of solar input expect sloughing & some ice delamination. I do not believe the climb is under an avy path but there is enough non vegetated terrain above the route that sloughing could be a consideration.
