Seymour
South Coast

Skied several runs in the Seymour backcountry. Ski cut and skied N, W, S aspects including steep slopes to 40 deg. Very little movement beyond sluffing. Ski pen about 50cm. Ridge lines scoured with some windslab locally at treeline. South facing slopes stayed cold despite the sun. Dug a pit 2 days ago. HS 275 at 1250m on a NW aspect 25 deg. At that time rain crust down 60 cm with CT 15 resistant planer and ECT 25 resistant planer on that layer. That day also not much moving with exception of one spooky SW facing slope in a gully feature that was extremely reactive/remote triggering and propagating on a rain crust down about 25-30cm. Similar aspects stiffened up today and we saw none of the same reactivity.
