We set off quite a few small slab avalanches size .5 - 1.5. Easily slid on unsupported slopes. Crust was 10cm down and the crust slid with the avalanche
Started off foggy and cloudy. But very quickly got to be very sunny and we could see the snow ontop become very sun effected. It Started to clump up and pinwheel

Crust slid with avalanche We did a make shift rushblock test by cutting the crust in 2 lines going up the hill on either side of the pit. On the second jump (not very hard ) the whole thing slid.
