Temperature inversion in the Alpine at Sinclair today. Top 3cm of snow getting moist but dry beneath. Snowballing out of steep rocky sun exposed slopes. No recent avalanche activity observed today. Some evidence of previous minimal wind effect. Suspect there are thin windslabs in Alpine Lee wind deposit areas.
