Nemesis

It felt like the ice was adjusting to the cold temperatures. We heard some spontaneous cracking. There were some brittle shells and petals and some hooks/holes from previous parties.

Variable depth and conditions above treeline. Some small isolated slabs/crusts, some deep low-density snow. Recent size 1-2 avalanche activity in many of the paths across the way.
