During travel on mid to upper elevations we observed localized cracking and deposition of wind transported snow on northerly facing aspects. Sky coverage was mostly scattered with moderate SW winds and temps around -1C. Snow profiles revealed distinct density changes where dry snow sat on top of wet snow with new storm snow overlaying an older wet snow surafce. No signs of propigation were noted and snow pack structure was prodominatly right side up at locations assessed.
