There is a melt freeze crust in the upper snowpack however by Noon that crust started to melt below treeline (POWER LINES OF PINE PASS) NO Major New avalanches in the Alpine however solar aspects are Pt releasing and wet avalanches are occuring on southerly steep slopes. Decomposing Surface Hoar exists down 60 cm from surface of Alpine Snowpack- (CTM 11 SP down 60 on SH )
