A very wet day. We eventually got above the freezing level, but we estimated it was around 5000 feet. Widespread pinwheels off trees and evidence of tree bombs starting small wet slides. We stayed away from steeper aspects on our descent and only had a few small wet loose incidents. We saw evidence of a D1 wet loose down the avalanche path to the west of the lake (see photo).
