Quick report
We had propagation in our pit east side of point 6 at 7700'. ECT test with depth below snow surface: ECTN 13 30 cm (non-crust snow density change in new snow. layer cracked half way across the column at 17 taps) ECTP 22 45 cm (under the most recent very stout rain crust) TD 130 cm, new snow 45 cm. Another skier we met reported getting the same test result yesterday. We were surprised and abandoned plans to ski steep terrain.
