Got an early morning start @ 07:00 PST, Temps at -2c then warmed to 0c by 11:00. Top layer of snow was quite dense with lighter snow underneath creating a bit of an upside down snow pack in the top 40cm. No signs of any recent avalanche activity. Visibility was poor all morning. Snow was wind affected near ridgeline with lots of drifting.
