Quick report
Nice blue collar skinner up the Phantom and S Face. Good way to wake up in the early hours with mean steep kick turns and silly steep skinners. Love it. Sunrise on Snoqualmie Mtn was a stunner. So clear and crisp this AM. Slot was quite pleasant. Could see plenty of roller balls beneath rock faces already. Skiing out Phantom was good practice and skiing BS snow. There were many shouts of "no me gusta" the entire way down. Practice your jump turns...gotta get out of the crust to get back in! No instabilities found today. Breaker crust on any solar aspect. Slot was nice gluey, spring powder with minimal sluffing.
Snowpack
Solars are already pretty crusty. Skiing out Phantom was nice and mean. Slot is lovely spring powder. Gluey, stable, and rightside up. Little wind affect down at the exit fan but very consistent up top.
