Three guardsmen

The day started out calm and clear then the clouds built and the north wind kicked up by late afternoon with visible transport. A quick pit lower on the mountain revealed poor structure and CT 22 SC on facets over a crust down 35cm. At mid mountain HS 180cm and ECTX with a few notable interfaces that failed on shovel shear. Depth hoar was present semi-refrozen except near rocks. Old wind slab was present on isolated terrain features and wind loaded gullies.
