We skied the South alpine Ridgeline until the first bench and then went into one of the East facing gullies, as well as the East pillow fields. Dug a pit on a ~32° S slope and got a CT19 failure ~30cm on an otherwise very supportive crust. We saw a little bit of sluffing but no avalanche activity and got ~5cm of new snow throughout the day.
