Pedley Never Disappoints!

Took a spin up to pedley to see whats happening with the recent snow and snowpack and it was around -20 where we parked with our sled. We went to the summit and we dropped in on the skiers right side of the mountain

It was a frigid day!

Dug a pit on a nw facing slope and snow pack was pretty shallow (likley because of the wind) the lower snowpack was really solid but we got a sudden planar fracture on our compression test after 1 tap from the wrist 8cm down. The snow perfect, Pedley never disappoints!
