Cayoosh Approach

Observed 3mm surface hoar on the surface in old cut-block and sheltered terrain in between 1500m and 1600m N to NW facing. We did a pit at 1600m NW facing in Ottoman. Snowpack was 320 cm. The December crust was 90cm down. No result with the Compression test and DTM 13 down 100cm (underneath the crust on 1mm facets) sudden planar with the deep tap test.
