Quick report
1.5 feet of new snow, rapid warming on a upside down snowpack, natural sluffing/roller balls visible on east facing slopes. I hit an extremely shallow surface and immediately caused a soft slab/storm slab avalanche that was about 30 yards wide and ran for about 70 yards long.
