Quick report
Snow pit east side of Blue (aspect 60 degrees) elevation approx 6500 ft. 130 cm snow pack. Top 10 cm new snow fist density down to the first crust. Next crust was 20 cm down. Below that multiple crust layers with more dense snow. ECT 3 failure at the 10 cm crust but did not propagate. ECT 21 at 50 cm down that did propagate across entire column on another rain crust. Bed surface was not clean. We skied down low angle off the west side of blue that was unremarkable except for the low coverage on west facing slopes.
