Quick report
No cracking, collapsing or recent avalanche activity except low elevation terrain on the drive from Jackson to Alpine. 15-30cm on new snow available for wind transport with 5-10cm on low density snow in the form of well developed stellars. Minimal wind affect in the last 24 hours. These stellars will create a poor bonding surface for the next storm system arriving tmrw, likely leading to sloughing and high reactivity of storm/wind slabs. Dug two pits in middle elevations, no propagation in stability tests but plenty of poor structure. Biggest concern will be the reactivity of new snow and how this affects the Feb 18th weak layers.

Snowpack
Slab depth above Feb 18th layers varied from 30-50cm in middle elevations. No propagation in pit results, but plenty of poor structure. Possibly just dug in the wrong locations. Lots of variability in the snowpack.
