Remote trigger from bottom of slope. First skier had traveled the slope along the skiers left flank and was below and to the side when a different skier stepped out of his ski and postholed, triggering a large collapse which initiated the avalanche. Time of trigger was 1145am, ski pen was 2-4 cm. This was the first collapse we observed for the day.
