Toured up the Duck Pass summer trail and dug a pit at 9975' on an open but sheltered slope just pass Skelton Lake. HS 95-100cm. There was a 1-2" ice crust above the ground, followed by ~35cm of very large facets. Everything above that was unconsolidated, fist-hard sugary snow (smaller crystals than at the base).
