Quick report
About 3 cm fresh snow on top of a breakable crust (~2cm) above 15cm of soft snow on top of a 17 cm thick crust layer below that. Alternating 4F and crust layers below that thick crust until you reach weak faceted snow surrounding the trees on the ground surface. With all the melting going on, be aware of tree wells and holes created by running water (photo 2)
