<p>Hardly enough new snow to make much of a difference. Still, there is a poor snow structure with a slab over facets on the ground. Quick pits on steeper terrain show columns continue to fail upon isolation.</p>

Quick column failed upon isolation on the facets on the ground. NE aspect, 8600 feet elevation.

A few inches of fresh snow on a sun crust from yesterday at 8400 feet elevation.
