Quick report

Red Flags
Rapid Warming, Poor Snowpack Structure
  1. Despite clouds and cooler weather, snow is rapidly melting at lower elevations, and over the snow access is getting a bit thin on the lower part of the Jardine Juniper Trail.
  2. The saturated melt-softened, snow is unsupportable and very soft where it still exists on lower elevation northerly facing slopes.
  3. Water levels in the Logan River are gradually rising and so is the snow line on the west side of Cache Valley.
