Quick report
Great riding around the Hale-Bopp area. Some solar input on solar aspects but still quite cold and dry on most aspects. Biggest note was widespread faceting of the surface snow. Old skin tracks were filling back in with some wind drifts and faceting out and becoming quite slippy.
Avalanche
Again, some old avalanche crowns noted. Mostly loose dry paths, fewer deeper crowns on the horizon lines.
