Quick report
Great Tour up Java Mountain. Lots of the same from the last week. Sugary snow, big hoar frost, minimal to moderate winds. Much better skiing than anticipated. I feel like the ob is a moot point because the weather coming in about to shake things up out there!
Avalanche
Saw an old avalanche off the South face of snowshed. Really distinct but no noticeable debris field so probably old. Maybe D3 in size. Lots of cross loading on adjacent ridges.
