Quick report
Snow quality was generally great on north aspects, but became noticeably wind effected near ridge tops and on northwest aspects. Skier 1 kicked off the small slide while making an angled turn across the thin convexity above the top of the north ridge skin track up magnum. Heard similar reports from other groups out as well.
Avalanche
Skier triggered D1 windslab ran from near ridge top about 100 ft on the North Side of Magnum near the skin track. Crown was a few inches, triggered on first turn in shallow snow pack near the rocks, ~40 degree slope.
