Dry loose Avalanche in Nile meadows

Observed a natural loose dry avalanche just to the north of us. Heard the sound and saw it take off into a gully to lookers left. Did not reach us at all. Snow was crusty and wind affected. No wind today though. Did hear a whumping sound under our feet as we headed up into the alpine. No shooting cracks.
