Went for a walk in the provincial park to get my mom back on the touring gear! Orca road and anything below 1300m is brutal railroad punch crust 5-10cm thick with ski pen about 30cm into wet snow. I found it easier to walk/sidestep down instead of ski. Heads up if you’re planning to exit down low!
