Rain crust from last week is noticeable up to around 1600m. Skiing is ok above that elevation and in sheltered slopes but overall really variable and wind affected. We didn't see signs of instablility on W-N aspects at treeline. There is obvious signs of a natural wet cycle from early last week as well as a Natural Cornice release from the last 72h.
Na Cornice release that nearly reached the lake. It looks like there was not big entrainment or any deep slab trigger.
36 degree slope. CTM 13 (SP) and CTH 22 (SP) down 83cm on Dec 09 crust/facets. ECTN We also found near surface facets that produced one easy result.
