Blue Lakes

We snowmobiled around the Blue Lakes road area today. Upon our arrival the temperature was 8 degrees in Hope Valley @ 0830 this morning. On solar aspects conditions remained variable with frozen crusts in the morning and soft wet snow by the afternoon. Shaded aspects still held cold soft snow that provided great riding conditions. As we traveled around throughout the day we did not observe any sings of instability on either shaded or solar aspects.
