Snow and South winds started picking up around 10 am blowing snow out of the trees and filling in tracks quickly.

No Propigation, ECTX. Facets near the ground seemed weak still and soft. Very slight rounding under the lens. Buried surface hoar fragments under 2" new snow in sheltered location. South had a crust under the new 2" that was slick and may be a challenge to bond to?
