Quick report
Tried not to let the soggy soak too deeply into my heart, but it was tough to never really get out of the rain, even above 5500. And to know that a surprisingly solid base above ~5000 is about to see a lot more water through it. Definitely going to be an interesting foundation. Saw a few roller sloughs on the way out, but hypothermia was the biggest hazard by far. I did bother to go over to the gage, but the pic is roughly the same elevation.
