The new storm took the pass a long ways from zero but still a good ways to hero. Roughly a foot and a half at lot 4 with a solid base of a few inches of hard plaster right at the bottom. Snow depth increased a bit on the way up but turned around at 4300 after triggering a small slab while skinning. Relatively dense snow but fairly unconsolidated. Have been able to ski more with the same total depth when it came in as a couple cycles and the bottom consolidated more. Closer to 2 plus feet at 4300. Rocks still sharp and present despite the good base at bottom.
Avalanche
