Quick report
Hillock (~7400 ft El) about 700m NE of White Hill, east of Spooner Junction and south of Highway 50. About 12" new snow on ~1 1/2ft base, mid-upper 20's at noon, moderate to strong winds (15-25 mph) from the SW, at times almost approaching blizzard conditions. No signs of instability. Made several short, low angle (upper 20 degrees) tele runs on north aspect with sparse trees. Great low density snow, plenty of coverage, with only local moderate drifting....lots of fun, should have done more!
