Quick report
No signs of instability were observed. The HS was measured at 240 cm. Winds were light and variable, and snowing hard with overcast skies. I dug one pit at 6374 ft on an East aspect. We observed new snow down to 20 cm with a light crust, then 8 cm on another light crust. ST broke with ease at 35 cm. CT broke on 4 taps at 20 cm where new snow met 1st thin crust. CT also broke on 12 taps at 1/3/25 rain crust. Moderately alarming results with new snow on top of crusts. BE CAREFUL
