Quick report
Decent coverage right from the parking area at Tragedy Springs, and the wet snowpack was very supportable to ski travel due to a frozen layer just below the surface. Only the top inch was cold and dry. Wet facets at the ground were still weak and loose, but no signs of instability were observed.

Temperatures swung signficantly as cloud cover shifted in the morning, though by mid-day it was warm overall. Light to moderate east winds, with only an inch of dry snow on the surface available for transport.
Snowpack
2-3ft of snow observed from Tragedy Springs to Plasse Peak. Snowpack was wet to the ground everywhere I looked, and very supportive to ski travel. Although the facets at the ground were wet and loose, formal snowpack tests did not indicate instability
