Quick report
Toured up to Pineapple Pass. At 4,500’, entrance to Pineapple Basin, observed saturated snow down only ~25cm and 1/20 interface still present (1F, MF, Mosit- no water visible at 15x). T20: -0.7C, Tsfc: 0.8C. Remnants of rain crust observed above 4,800’ but mostly softened by temps. At 5,500’, saturated snow (wet- water observed at 15x) was observed down 40cm + and no sign of 1/20 crust. Increased collapsing/sagging areas noted compared to same terrain 24 hours ago (see photo)
