18 inch wind slab on very firm crust on north aspect. Slab was soft stubborn and supportable skinning up the adjacent gulley we used to access our ski line with minimal cracking. The initial ski cut was also interactive. The slab broke full length of the gulley (~40 ft) with an 18 inch crown and ran ~200 ft. I skiied off to the side out of the way but probably wouldn’t have been quite enough snow to fully bury me any way. Would estimate D1.5
