Quick report
Cold temps and light winds with the ceiling slowly descending and precipitation increasing from S-1 at 10 AM to S2 at 3 PM. Overall found good stability with signs of deterioration with warming and precip throughout the day. 11 AM, 6000’, South facing slope: HS 150 cm HN 60 cm ECTN12 down 40cm Some density changes (F to 4F) in the new snow, but overall right-side up. Excellent ski quality on S and W facing slopes until early afternoon with no signs of instability. By 3 PM, upper snowpack was becoming a bit more cohesive and showing early signs of soft slab formation in uptrack tests.
