HS 220 cm. 55 cm HST above 1/31 interface.ECTN4 BRK down 19 cm. ECTN14 down 46 cm. This was a "scary" ECTN result. No propagation was observed but when we inserted our shovel behind the block after completing the test a clear shear plain was observed. This layer is a subtle layer of faceted grains within the new storm snow from the warm up period during the first day of precipitation. This will be a layer worth keeping an eye on. There were no failures at or below the 1/31 interface.
