Quick report

We observed large surface hoar at lower elevations in the enchantments. At upper elevations, a strong winds got rid of facets, but created windslabs on some aspects. The north side of little Annapurna had heavy wind-scoured. Later, We continued up to the Colchuck/dtail col, feeling safe given the strong wind-crust, but a ski cut off the top triggered a small slide. Changing winds throughout the day in the core zone made windslabs hard to predict.
