Generally challenging and firm travel conditions outside of skin tracks with edgeable travel in the late morning /afternoon on steeper solars. Superficial warming on the Apron by mid day but still firm. @4500’ Widespread 4-5 mm surface hoar on low angle and shaded slopes and 5-10 cm near surface faceting / weak snow overlying stout 1/10 crust. HS 250-300+ cm. Shaded slopes holding dry faceted snow and okay turns. Large 2-3 cm SH in lower elevation meadows.
