Quick report
Skinned up to cooper spur shelter and got a nice sun break with good views of the upper mountain. Weather was amazingly calm at 6800' but looked like a little blowing snow up high and what seemed like a somewhat fresh large crown on the Elliott headwall. Snow was super firm to scoured above treeline but still brilliant and fluffy down lower. I did see one obviously rider triggerd tiny slab (10-15cm x 3m crown) at ~5800' on a little rollover but no other signs of instability.
