Quick Observation

155 HS at 2250m TL northern aspect. Top 25cm was 4f. Then consistently 1F down to nov 5 crust which is down 120cms at this location. FP 30 SP 15. Thin breakable 5cm windslab on the surface at TL even in sheltered terrain. We didn’t venture into the ALP. Multiple resistant planar results in moderate to hard range down 60cm. Suspected early December interfaces. 130HS at 2000m on same northern aspect. Of note, less snow seemed to make it easier to trigger the facets on the nov 5 crust. CTE6 SP down 100cm. Skiing was better BTL. -2 degrees at 2200m at 2pm. Periodic wind gusts during the day. Mix of sun and clouds. Light flurries.
