Low viz at Apex

Kind of hard to observe much with such low visibility. Stuck to the Ridgeline and some open trees to see where we were going.

CTM16 20 down on small faceted layer. Column has good cohesion and I thought it would give on the thick ice layer 70 down. After our first failure we tried the rest of the column and it was a CTH26 120cm sudden planar with very low energy. It went right above sugary and faceted base.
