Several size 1 and one size 2 natural wet-loose avalanches witnessed along Cloudburst Mountain on north facing slopes. A size 0.5 wet-loose avalanche was accidentally triggered by a party member while glissading on a relatively inconsequential section of a 45 degree north-facing slope. Temperatures were very warm, and many of the natural avalanches had likely been triggered the day before. One natural wet loose size 1 avalanche occurred across our tracks while we were at the peak (i.e. while we were not present).
