SE Hill, Gros Morne

Took the gear for a walk today. No turns, but reasonable travel in the SE Hills (The Knob)area. 20-60cm total snowpack. Light and powdery, boot penetration to ground. Early season hazards (rocks and stumps ) dampened any urges for the first turns of the season.
