Second time in this area in a week. Some of our tracks were still visible from Christmas day. A super dry, feather like snow was now the upper layer (10cm?) covering the wind crust found on the uptrack. We stayed away from convex slopes but did not see signs of instability other than localized slabs on the up track. We did see two type 1 avalanche debris on a steep slope above the gully (North facing). The crown was still visible. We stayed away from overhead hazards, skied down the gully one at a time and had a great time.
