Quick Observation
We parked around 1200m and could skin from about 1300m (skied back to about 1350 with rock skis). There were a few small creek crossings to the end of the meadows and a 2cm thick surface crust until about 1450m. The snow from 1500m-1900m just kept getting better and we skied boot top powder on supportive snow down Brandywine bowl.
Snowpack
We probed 130cm at 1600m with a slight crust down 75cm on the uptrack. At 1900m on a north aspect (just below the ridge on Brandywine bowl) we probed 170cm and couldn't feel any crust below. The top 40cm or so was light and fluffy with a supportive slab below - it skied beautifully.
