Into the fog

Clear at the pass at 0730. Fog moved in with increased southerly winds that were starting to move snow onto northerly slopes. Boot-top powder skiing was good.

Fog moved in with increase in southerly winds. Plumes visible off the ridgetops prior to loss of visibility.

No results from extended column test. Could feel dry faceted snow approximately from ground 0cm to 70cm with probe.
